Originally from Dallas, Texas, Alice earned a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Washington University in St. Louis. She then spent three years as a graphic designer in New York specializing in real estate marketing. She worked with leaders of the commercial real estate industry on property branding and offering memoranda for investment sales in New York, Philadelphia, and Washington, DC. Alice has also spent time in the public sector working for the Boston Redevelopment Authority and the CityDesign Studio at City of Dallas.
Alice comes to the Center for Real Estate as a dual degree student from the Master of City Planning Program at MIT. With a specific interest in urban revitalization and adaptive reuse, she hopes to bridge these fields to develop sustainable urban projects that promote smart planning principles.
