At MIT, Eric looks forward to expanding his knowledge of developing adaptive reuse projects to revitalize neighborhoods while preserving their character. Prior to attending MIT, he was a commercial real estate advisor with CBRE on a highly dynamic brokerage team that engaged in landlord leasing, tenant representation, and institutional investment sales in the Washington, DC area. In this capacity, he managed over $480 million of headquarters dispositions and directed the marketing of 6.6 million SF of office and data center space. Eric also worked with Vornado Realty Trust as a Financial Analyst, where he underwrote and approved economic terms for office and retail lease transactions throughout their entire Washington, DC portfolio.
Eric was raised in Richmond, VA and received his Bachelor’s in Urban and Environmental Planning from the University of Virginia, where he held internships with EDAW | AECOM and CBRE. In his free time, he likes to play tennis, run long distances, and jam on the piano.
