Prior to attending MIT, Keith spent 5 years working in the Vancouver real estate industry. Keith began his career as an analyst on the development team of Intracorp Canada where he created pre-development proformas for potential acquisitions.
Keith took on a new challenge by becoming a real estate advisor with the Government of Canada where he was involved with the acquisition, negotiation and disposal of politically sensitive real estate. Most recently, Keith assessed $13 Billion worth of development land and strata properties on an annual basis as an appraiser with the British Columbia Assessment Authority.
Keith received a Bachelor of Commerce from the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia.
