Mitsuhiro has a wide variety of experience in real estate. After he graduated from Keio University, he joined a real estate company, Alteka Co. As a salesman, he sold condominiums, commercial buildings, and residential homes. One of his achievements involved a project in Hawaii. Collaborating with local construction companies, he served as the project manager for the planning of a luxury residence and sold the property for thirty million dollars. Another example is the Omotesando project. He approached over a hundred business leaders to find tenants that would bring in six hundred thousand dollars of fixed revenue per month for the company. After he was promoted to manager of the strategy office, he planned green technology buildings. Mitsuhiro recently earned MBA at USC Marshall School of Business.
At MIT, Mitsuhiro is excited to expand his knowledge base to include all aspects of project development from concept to design, finance and investment to real estate law, and permitting to construction.
Following MSRED, he aims to be the leader of his family business and expand the business to other countries.
