Bill Schwab serves as the Global Head of Real Estate for ADIA, having joined the organization in January, 2009. He joined ADIA from JPMorgan-London, where he was one of two managing directors responsible for real estate debt in Europe-Middle East-Africa. Prior to JPMorgan, he was with Deutsche Bank-London in their real estate debt group, leading the structuring, underwriting, due diligence, and rating teams and assisting the debt placement teams. Previously, Bill was at Goldman Sachs-New York where he served as chief lending officer for Goldman’s real estate team. He is a CFA-holder and he is a graduate of MIT (BS economics, class of ‘74), The Wharton School (MBA finance), Temple University (MS taxation) and Pennsylvania State University (Certificate in construction technology).
