Online Offerings:

MIT online courses are designed to provide lifelong learning opportunities for professionals around the globe, and allow participants to further their knowledge and skill in an accelerated, convenient format. Professional Certificate Program in Real Estate Finance and Development

Daily Schedule

Coffee and morning refreshments are offered daily between 8-9am. Typically, classes begin at 9:00 am and end at 5:00 pm with short breaks in the morning and afternoon and an hour break for lunch.  Participants receive a more detailed schedule two to three weeks in advance of the course start date.


The appropriate attire is business casual for all courses unless otherwise indicated.  Weather in New England is quite variable and we recommend checking a weather forecast before packing. Please ensure you bring shoes that are construction-site appropriate (closed toe, covering the ankle, sturdy construction), as optional tours may be offered pending availability.
