Alums Connect @ ULI Fall Meeting
On Tuesday, October 6, during the national Urban Land Institute (ULI) fall meeting in San Francisco, over 75 MIT MSRED and DUSP alums and friends gathered to reconnect, share what’s new in real estate, and get an up-close look at the exciting development activity in San Francisco’s Mid-Market neighborhood. The event was held at alumni Patrick Kennedy’s’85 recently completed development, the Panoramic, the first CITYSPACES™ micro-apartment mixed-use project, located in the heart of SoMa across the street from Twitter world HQ. Tours of the Panoramic highlighted innovative micro-unit design, intelligent energy management systems, sustainable materials and construction methods, and a spectacular common roof deck. Many thanks go to members of the Bay Area alumni group, who organized this terrific event, and to Patrick‘s team for arranging the food, beverage and live music.
A great time was had by all!
