Alberto R. Vadia

For the past three years Alberto R. Vadia has worked as an owner’s representative managing retail re-development projects for Gator Investments, a company based in Miami that owns and operates shopping centers throughout The United States.  At Gator he lead development projects from start to finish, to include: zoning, architecture, engineering, permitting, budgeting, construction, and delivery of the project with a certificate of occupancy.

Before Gator Investments, Alberto worked at Holliday, Fenoglio, Fowler (HFF), a real estate investment sales firm. There, he focused on analyzing office, retail, land, and multifamily property value.

Alberto holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Economics from Columbia University and served five years as a Sergeant in The United States Marine Corps.

He was born in Miami but has also lived in San Salvador, Okinawa, Washington DC, New York, and now Boston.
