Nick joins MIT after spending the last four years working in commercial real estate brokerage, most recently as a Financial Analyst on Colliers’ Capital Markets Group. In the aforementioned role, Nick was responsible for the financial analysis and underwriting of commercial and residential properties. Nick also coordinated due diligence information, creation of content, and market information for the Debt & Equity team’s offering memorandums requiring property data, comps, market history, property marketing and branding, demographics, and data visualization. Nick aided in the structuring and marketing of a wide array of debt and equity transactions including ground-up construction, transitional bridge financing, permanent financing, mezzanine debt, preferred equity and joint venture equity. Through his role, Nick worked with some of the market’s most renowned real estate developers and investors and was directly involved in the development process, from acquisition and entitlement to disposition.

Nick first joined Colliers in 2020 as a Research Analyst supporting the Boston Brokerage business by analyzing and identifying market trends, preparing market reports, and authoring numerous thought leadership pieces and publications. Prior to joining Colliers, Nick worked at JLL where he focused on tracking the Boston and Hartford real estate markets.

Nick was born and raised in Port-au-Prince, Haiti before moving to Boston with his family at the age of twelve. Nick is an avid Premier League fan who, during his free time, likes to play soccer, basketball, hike, or simply hang out with friends.
