Nile was born and raised in New York City and most recently worked at the digital innovation lab at RXR Realty. His work focuses on creating a bridge between digital and physical resources to make real estate smarter. Specifically, to develop solutions that leverage IoT sensors, voice and facial recognition, and the implementation of consumer-facing mobile applications.
Prior to RXR, Nile ran a media production company focused on architecture, development, and design. He still has a soft spot for content production and spends much of his free time shooting films.
At MIT, Nile hopes to expand his knowledge of traditional commercial real estate, while continuing to explore and implement the technology that addresses the challenges created by wide-scale urbanization.
