The overseas transactions whet Zhiyao’s appetite for more exposure to a global real estate environment. At MIT Center for Real Estate, Zhiyao would like to update herself on the newest industry concepts and investment theory, and to have a broader understanding of the industry and relevant tailor-made deal structures and financial products to sharpen her ability to solve complex problems.
Zhiyao loves seeing the beauty in different things and exploring different places, foods, culture and lifestyles. She is a PADI OW diver, and enjoys running and Muay Thai (for fitness). She is also helping in an online education start-up in China in her spare time.
